Jennifer Hanna is a nurse practitioner certified in both conventional and functional medicine. Jennifer has experience treating acute and chronic conditions in adults. She is passionate about helping her patients discover true healing.

Jennifer is currently accepting new functional medicine patients and primary care memberships. She offers weight loss consultations and acute care telephone visits by appointment.
